SECURITY DEPOSIT:   $200 for Full Year Contract 
$200 for Summer or Semester Contract

The security deposit is separate from the rent. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the year if your apartment is left clean and in good repair (less $50 for Year contracts and $25 for Semester contracts, retained for cleaning carpets and couches)

Apartment reservations are determined by the date of the application and receipt of the deposit. Contracts and rent information will be sent after the application and deposit are received. Tenants who have paid in full will have first choice of apartments. Room assignments will be made about two weeks before school starts.

CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations after July 1st will result in loss of deposit. After July 1st the student is responsible and liable for his/her signed contract. Should the student or landlord fail to find a replacement, the student will forfeit all paid rent.
